Zoi Technologies LLP provides Employee Wellness and insurance related services such as access to an Insurance record system, following up with you for doing health risk assessment, online doctor consultation and physical appointment booking, lab test booking, online medicine ordering, booking health packages, booking wellness packages, booking homecare packages , keeping record of your health conditions, your family info, your family medical history, your E-health records, sharing your personal details and E-Health Records with the service providers, insurers, and other VAS provider which you may authorise from time to time, or any other services that we may add at a future date – which may involve phone and e-mail communications, setting appointments and follow ups, etc. We will receive information from you that helps us personalize these services and improve your experience at the Website/Mobile App. The types of information we gather are given below:
Information provided by you
